I love food! I love cooking it. I love eating it. But I also love living a healthy, balanced life. Everything in moderation right?

I have embraced a low-sodium, “naked food” diet. More and more I am trying to find the balance between satisfying my sweet tooth and eating healthy, nutrient-filled real food. Where possible I use raw ingredients and avoid processed foods, artificial sugar and salt.
